Sounds expensive, is it?

Pampered Paws Mobile Grooming prices are not much more than your standard grooming shop and in some cases even lower that what you may already be paying.  Pampered Paws Mobile Grooming is all about one on one personal attention at your doorstep, so in some cases it may be somewhat higher, however you are paying for that convenience and personal service.  I think it is worth it.  Call me, let's talk! 

Do I have to be home?

No!   We all live busy lives and Pampered Paws Mobile Grooming is all about convenience. For the first few visits I request that you are available-after we get to know each other and your pet knows me, you will not need to be home.  

Can I watch?

Yes!  You are welcome to watch the entire process, part of the process or none at all - the choice is yours. 

How are you powered?

I have two ways to power to the mobile salon.  The first method is called a shoreline.  This means I plug into an outside outlet.  I have all the cords necessary to do this.  If this is not available Pampered Paws Mobile Grooming salon can be powered by a generator.  If the generator is used, there will be a $5 service charge.  Fee may be waved due to location. 

Do you need to use my hose?

No!  Pampered Paws Mobile Grooming has a 55 gallon fresh water tank and a 35 gallon grey water tank.  I also have a water heater, air conditioning and heat.  I am a full service pet salon on wheels.

Do you accept credit or debit cards?

At this time, no I do not.  Cash or check is accepted.  Any returned checks will be assessed a $40 returned check fee.

Do you accept any breed of dogs or cats?

Yes!  big or small I will groom them all!  I have experience with recognized breed clips, shavedowns and owners requests. 

Do you groom special needs pets?

Yes, if you have a pet that is elderly, disabled, has temperment issues or is shy--Pampered Paws Mobile Grooming may be your answer.  Grooming is done in a quiet, stress free enviroment not far from your pet's safe zone (home).  Pets with special needs will be accepted on a case by case basis.  Your pets health is most important to me, grooming service may have to end if there is a risk to your pet.

What about cancellations or if I forget my appointment?

Lat minute cancellations and no call, no shows result in loss income.

Cancellations require at least a 24 hour notice, failure to do so will result in a $50 cancellation fee.  Emergencies do occur and will be judge on a case by case basis.

If you are not home at your scheduled appointment time there will be a $50 no call, no show fee per pet which will need to paid prior to rescheduling.

What type of shampoos do you use?

I use a natural, non soap formula based on what each individual pet needs.  I also have Hypo-allgenic (sensitive skin), Oatmeal and Tea Tree (medicated) and a Neem flea formula (natural alternative to insectisides).  These shampoos are gentle and non-toxic, I can use my "grey water" to water my lawn!

If your pet has a special shampoo-just let me know we will use that.
